The Tshipidi Internship Programme was rebooted on 4th October 2023 with 24 Botswana Interns enrolled. At the end of December 2023, 21 of the 24 interns graduated after completing the soft skill training. The 21 Tshipidi Graduates are currently undergoing 9 months of project placement training and will be professionally ready for the workforce upon completion.
The Tshipidi Internship Programme is a great initiative that provides young Botswana with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills.
